Asset Management
GCH employs a hands-on, institutional style asset management approach. We closely monitor our assets Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on weekly, monthly &quarterly basis. Monthly reconciled reports along with full financial package is sent to stake holders and investors. Quarterly operating statement is available to lenders per their requirement.
